A cycle round the Pentlands is a fabulous experience for everyone to enjoy and Pentland Cycle Hire makes it nice and easy for people to just turn up, hop on a bike and start exploring. We will have all the essentials ready for you to make sure you have a great cycle!

We have kids bikes suitable for 7 years + and get this, we want to make your family day out affordable so all kids bikes are free of charge! ​

*Kids go free until they require an adult sized bike at which point there will be a charge at a discounted rate of £10
payment for this will be taken on arrival*

All hires will come with a bike helmet free of charge.

We will make sure your bike is the perfect fit so you don't have to worry about selecting a size.

TIMINGS

Morning collections between: 9:00am - 11:55am
Afternoon collections between: 12:00pm - 2:00pm

*Bikes must be returned by 5:00pm*

We’re based at The Flotterstone Inn car park, Biggar Road, Penicuik, so if you just want to pop in we’ll do our very best to help.
​
We recommend booking in advance although, for unplanned visits, we should still be able to accommodate you the majority of the time.
